Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful with parking for my motorcycle.

Location near historic city centre.

After being running out of bed at 3 in the night because of the fire alarm, you expect to be properly informed what was wrong and some excuses for the inconvenience. This didn't happen, and checking out after one week of stay could not be extended for two hours. Poor hospitality in my humble opinion.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the city center, just a stone's throw away from the bustling square. The convenience of this location allowed us to easily explore all that Rostock has to offer. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The attentive staff ensured that all our needs were met, and the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including reliable internet access.

Located in the city center, this hotel is within walking distance from major attractions and public transport services. Rooms have comfortable beds and are spacious enough. Although breakfast is not included, it is satisfying and has plenty to offer.

The furniture in some rooms has an unpleasant odor and the bed sheets are heavily used. In addition, there were no shower gel or shampoo provided in some rooms, which could be a downside for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rostock. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the great prices for such a well-located hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms being very well appointed and comfortable. Thirdly, the staff provided excellent service, always willing to help and make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel had all the basic amenities I needed, including good internet, and its proximity to the town center and the main train station was a big plus.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a shopping street and very near to the main train station. The breakfast is very nice and offers good value for money. The room is comfortable and clean with some good facilities available.

One issue is that the reception is sometimes closed in the evenings and guests have to go across the street for a key.
